We will conduct a comprehensive rent analysis which assesses rental rates of properties similar to yours within the neighborhood. This in-depth evaluation ensures that your listing garners maximum attention by setting an enticing and competitive price point. We advertise your rental listing across all relevant platforms that renters are frequenting. We are strategic with marketing, reaching out to potential tenants in the right places. We handle all inquiries for property tours and facilitate appointments which are always supervised. We go through potential tenants with a fine-tooth comb, screening, checking out their rental history, financial situation, and how well they'd fit in your place. When we find a good match, all the rental paperwork will be taken care of and we always make sure everything's by the book. It's all about expediting the move-in process and making it as smooth as possible for everyone involved.

How much is it?
75% of one month’s rent. For example, if we end up finding a tenant to rent your property for $1,000, this one time fee would be $750.

What's included?
The month-to-month property oversight service ensures that your investment remains in optimal condition, providing you with peace of mind and allowing you to focus on other priorities. This service includes a proactive approach to maintenance and repairs where we promptly address any requests from tenants. We have established relationships with a network of trusted and skilled contractors, ensuring that all repairs are expedited and conducted to the highest quality standards. When it comes to rent, we've got it covered. We make it simple and easy for tenants to pay. We keep meticulous records, so you always know where your investment stands financially. It's all about taking the stress out of property management and keeping your investment in top shape. Bi annual walkthroughs are conducted as well to ensure your investment is being well taken care of and to stay ahead of any maintenance that may need to be done.

How much is it?
10% of monthly rent charge. For example, if we are managing your property and rent collected is $1,000 per month, the fee would be $100 per month.
